Learn to Surf

One of the most well known breaks suitable for those learning to surf is “Huzzas”. Located directly out from the “South Point” car park, Huzzas is a small reef break that rolls in over a shallow, weed covered, rocky ledge not far from the shore.

Groms of all ages cut their teeth learning to surf Huzzas as the wave is usually rolling (not dumping), with a long wall left and right. Plenty of time to get to your feet and learn the art of balance.

Wave size varies throughout the year however is generally considered on the small size.
